Who we are
AskJonDavid, LLC publishes its headquarters address on the contact page. Email jondavid@askjondavid.com.
What you send us
The contact form collects your name, email, an optional phone number, and your message. The intake form collects the information you type there, including contact details, a self-assessment, and descriptions of your health, well-being, goals, and relationships. A hidden field is used only to catch automated spam. If that field is filled in, the submission is discarded.
Coaching is not medical care. Please do not send clinical records through these forms. Intake answers are treated as confidential and are emailed to the practice. They are not sold.
Email delivery
Form submissions are sent with Resend to the practice mailbox. Resend processes the message so it can be delivered. The reply-to address is the email you entered, so JonDavid can respond directly.
Payments
Pay links open Square checkout. You enter the amount quoted on your consultation or invoice, and you enter card details on Square, not on this site. ASKJONDAVID does not receive or store your card number. Square’s privacy policy covers that checkout.
Scheduling
If a scheduler is connected, booking happens on that provider’s site, such as Square Appointments, Cal.com, or Calendly, inside this page or in a new tab. That provider collects the details needed to hold the appointment. Their privacy policy applies to that step.
Analytics
The site can use one analytics tool, chosen in configuration: Plausible or Google Analytics 4. The Netlify site leaves analytics off until one of those is set. Plausible is designed to work without advertising cookies. Google Analytics 4 uses cookies. The site does not run a Facebook pixel. Analytics events include consultation clicks, form submissions, and payment-link clicks. Those events are counts, not a profile we sell.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in the practice email mailbox so JonDavid can do the work you asked for. Email jondavid@askjondavid.com to ask for a copy or for deletion. We will delete what we still hold unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.
Children
This website is not directed at children. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian contact the practice before sending an intake.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change with it.
